Regional heavyweight law firm, Dutton Gregory, continues its expansion plans with a merger with Page Gulliford & Gregory, a long established law firm based in Cumberland Place, Southampton.
The merger builds on Dutton Gregory’s recognised position as a prominent legal advisor to the property market. As well as bolstering its property offering, the merged firm will provide a base from which to offer a wide range of services to families and businesses alike.
Fiona Coulter, Managing Partner for Page Gulliford & Gregory said “We are proud of our long established loyal client following and with the addition of Dutton Gregory we are now able to offer those clients a far wider range of services than we ever could before.”
Andrew Tilley, Managing Partner at Dutton Gregory added “We are always open to approaches by firms and people who fit with the Dutton Gregory culture. Page Gulliford and Gregory was, for us, a perfect fit and enables us to have a prime Southampton location from which to offer support and services to our clients.
The merger takes effect from 1 May 2018 and will take the headcount at Dutton Gregory to over 160 people. The office in Southampton will complement the services already offered from offices in Chandler’s Ford, Winchester, Poole and Bournemouth.
