As the geographical boundaries of business fell away from 2020, Dutton Gregory’s award-winning property team saw opportunity. The firm invested in technology that allowed it to thrive in the changing professional services landscape, sourcing talented individuals and servicing property agents, housing developers and the residential property market across the country.
Having harnessed and developed the resources to broaden its horizons in this area of law, Dutton Gregory is now excited to be able to extend all its areas of legal expertise from over 75 years in the South of England, as well as welcome new faces, to the North.
With over 15 years’ experience of estate agency, lettings and mortgage advice in the city, Alex Gregory-Chialton, will be leading Dutton Gregory’s activities in the North West.
