After representatives of the UK property market gathered from across the country at the Rum Warehouse in Liverpool for the return of The LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, Dutton Gregory was delighted to walk away from the event with not one, but two prestigious accolades.
Not only was the firm’s Head of Residential Property, Paul Sams, Highly Commended in the category of ‘Managing Partner of the Year’, but Associate Solicitor, Rebecca East, was awarded the same title for ‘Rising Star of the Year’.
Now in its fifth year, the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards were created to celebrate ‘conveyancing trailblazers’ and ‘property pioneers’ within in the industry who have met challenges and created opportunities, especially during the past difficult year.
‘Paul has been of counsel to our clients, managed his team working from home through embracing the latest technologies, and ensured we met the demands presented from the government’s Stamp Duty Holiday,’ said the firm’s Managing Partner, Andrew Tilley.
