Marianne Pieterse

Marianne was previously a partner at the large regional law firm, Blake Lapthorn before joining Dutton Gregory as a Consultant Solicitor. She assists companies on all areas of employment law.

She offers advice in relation to matters typical within the working environment such as long-term sickness, performance management and, - disciplinary & grievance processes. She specialises in working with employers undergoing reorganisation & restructuring programmes, senior management issues & trade union disputes. She is an advocate and has successfully defended clients against claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination & whistle-blowing.
