Marc Mediratta

Marc is a Partner in the Company and Commercial Department.

Marc advises clients from a wide range of industry sectors on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. His team advises on terms of business and other commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, partnership agreements, business reorganisations and sale/purchase of shares or assets.

Marc recognises the importance of understanding his clients’ businesses and their needs in order to provide the most effective advice. To this end he has been able to draw on the experience he gained while working outside of the legal sector.

He qualified into the corporate/commercial department of a leading City law firm, before completing an MBA and working as an analyst in the investment management industry, during which time he became a CFA charter holder. He started practising as a solicitor once again in 2009.
