Kevin Greenhough is a Solicitor in our Chandler’s Ford office who joined Dutton Gregory in 2024.
Kevin studied History at the University of Liverpool and a Masters in European Studies at the Europa-Universität-Viadrina near Berlin, as a result of which he speaks reasonably fluent German. Following a previous career in local government governance and democracy, Kevin changed direction and qualified as a solicitor through a legal apprenticeship and passing the SQE exams.
Kevin is part of the commercial property team at Dutton Gregory and supports clients with a range of services including: freehold and leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing and portfolio management.
Outside of the office Kevin likes to spend time with his family and enjoys training for, or taking part in, running events of all distances from parkrun to marathons.
