We offer fixed-fee services for possession claims, from the point of issuing Court Proceedings to securing a Possession Order. Prior to this, we can serve Notices on your behalf, or step in once the relevant notice period has expired.

For more complex cases, or where there is a defence or counterclaim, our additional services include full case management and instructing a barrister to represent you in Court.
