We will act on your behalf to begin the recovery process, advising on the most efficient and cost-effective options available. This will depend on a number of factors, including:

  • Registration of the leasehold interest
  • Whether the property is mortgaged
  • Any forfeiture clause in the lease
  • If the lease allows for recovery of legal fees
  • The total amount owing and time it has remained outstanding
