Regional heavyweight law firm, Dutton Gregory, has expanded its Residential Property department with four new members of staff joining the team based in Chandler’s Ford.
This latest growth will enable the firm to continue delivering first-class service to both private and corporate clients and apply hard-working commitment to all their residential conveyancing and property needs.
Complementing the pre-existing teams based across Hampshire and Dorset, the new staff are led by Partner and Solicitor, Paul Sams. With many years’ experience in working with property developers as well as buyers, Paul is also a published author and expert within the residential conveyancing sector.
Working with Paul, new team members include: Sarah Sams, a social housing specialist Solicitor with over 18 years’ experience, Executive Dawn Lawson, a specialist in residential sales and purchases and Executive Katie Page who provides unique insight and knowledge of the property market.
In just a matter of weeks, clients are already benefiting from the team’s wealth of expertise and knowledge in such areas as: shared ownership, Help to Buy schemes, new builds, staircasing, Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Social Homebuy schemes.
